Domino's Announces Leadership Changes
Domino's Pizza, Inc. (NYSE: DPZ), the largest pizza company in the world based on global retail sales, today announced several changes to its leadership team.
Russell Weiner, the company's president and chief operating officer, has been promoted to chief executive officer, effective immediately. Weiner succeeds Patrick Doyle, who is stepping down as CEO but will remain as chairman of the board.
Weiner joined Domino's in 2008 and has held various leadership positions within the company, including executive vice president of operations and president of the Americas. Prior to joining Domino's, Weiner spent fifteen years at PepsiCo, where he held various leadership positions including general manager of Pizza Hut.
In addition to Weiner's promotion, the company also announced the appointment of Richard Allison as chief operating officer. Allison joined Domino's in 2019 and has served as executive vice president of international operations since 2021. Prior to joining Domino's, Allison spent over twenty years at Yum! Brands, where he held various leadership positions including president of KFC International.
